Join us for the SafeZone London & Southeast Regional Event 2025!
 
This workshop-led event will focus on SafeZone's capabilities and its role in improving safety, compliance and cost-efficiency across your organisation. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with SafeZone’s features, delve into best practices, and explore strategies for how to fully integrate the platform into daily operations.
 
Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (BST)

Bush House (South) @ King's College London (Strand Campus)
 
Arrival: Please use the Aldwych Entrance, Melbourne Gate, to access Bush House, and report to the SafeZone registration desk located in Reception to check-in and collect your lanyard.
 
Catering: Snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the day on the second floor of Bush House, outside Room 2.01 and 2.02. A classic buffet lunch will be provided as well from the Bush House Arcade Exhibition.

By Train: Charing Cross: 9 minute walk. Waterloo: 12 minute walk. Waterloo East: 10 minute walk. Blackfriars: 12 minute walk.


By Underground: Temple (District and Circle lines): 2 minute walk. Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern lines): 10 minute walk, Embankment (District, Circle and Bakerloo lines): 10 minute walk, Waterloo (Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, Waterloo & City lines): 12 minute walk, Holborn (Central and Piccadilly lines): 12 minute walk, Chancery Lane (Central line): use exit 4 – 5 minute walk.

By Bus: Buses that stop outside the university include 1, 4, 26, 59, 68, 76, X68, 168, 171, 172, 176 (24 hour), 188, 243 (24 hour), 341 (24 hour), 521, RV1.

By Car: There is no public parking available on-site at KCL but Pay and Display parking systems operate in nearby streets such as Surrey Street. You can also book parking at Urban Parking Shelton Street, located an 11 minute walk away from KCL.
