Join us for the SafeZone Midlands Regional Event 2025!
This workshop-led event will focus on SafeZone's capabilities and its role in improving safety, compliance and cost-efficiency across your organisation. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with SafeZone’s features, delve into best practices, and explore strategies for how to fully integrate the platform into daily operations.
Arrival: Please report to the SafeZone registration desk located near the reception area of Conference Aston to check-in and collect your lanyard.
Catering: Snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the day. A classic buffet lunch will be provided in the Courtyard Restaurant as well.

By Train: If travelling by rail, New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street train stations are all located within 10–15 minutes walking distance of Conference Aston or a 5-minute journey by taxi or Uber. By Car: Conference Aston is located on the green, landscaped campus of Aston University, right at the heart of Birmingham City Centre, which is easy to get to by road. If travelling by car, we recommending referring to Conference Aston's Find Us page for additional information.
Limited on-site parking is available on the Aston University Campus, a short walk from the hotel and conference centre, and must be pre-booked and paid for online, prior to arrival. Car parking bookings are managed by First Parking on behalf of Conference Aston. Please click this link to book.
You can also park at the Millennium Point Multi-Storey Car Park (900 spaces), which is open from 6 AM to midnight.
