Join us for the SafeZone Wales & Southwest Regional Event 2025!
This workshop-led event will focus on SafeZone's capabilities and its role in improving safety, compliance and cost-efficiency across your organisation. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with SafeZone’s features, delve into best practices, and explore strategies for how to fully integrate the platform into daily operations.
Arrival: Please report to Room 36 to check-in and collect your lanyard.
Catering: Snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the day. Classic sandwich platters will be provided for lunch as well.

The SafeZone Wales & Southwest Regional Event will be held at the University of South Wales (Newport) at the following location:

By Train: the City Campus is approximately 5-10 minutes walking distance from the train station. There are excellent Intercity services to Newport from all major cities. London is one hour and forty minutes away and Birmingham two hours away by high speed trains that operate hourly. View a map of the Newport Campus and surrounding areas here.
By Car: Kingsway Centre Multi-Storey Car Park is located on Emlyn Street off the A4042 (use NP20 1EU postcode). The car park is open Monday to Sunday, 6am to midnight. It also gives direct access to the University of South Wales, Newport Campus. There are disabled and electric charging bays available.
If you are parking at the "Kingsway Centre Multi-Storey Car Park", scan your parking ticket when arriving or leaving, using the machine located at the Security desk for 20% to be automatically deducted from your parking fare.
